DTE has two levels of rebates for networked lighting controls - Tier 1 and Tier 2.

Tier 1
To achieve these incentives, you must have at least three of the following features:
Networking of luminaires and devices
Occupancy sensing
Daylight harvesting/ photocell control
High-end trim/task tuning
Zoning
Luminaire and device addressability
Continuous dimming
Scheduling
Energy monitoring
Device monitoring/remote diagnostics
Load shedding (demand response)
External systems integrations (EMS/ BMS/ HVAC/ API)
Scene control
Tier 1 incentives are $185/kWh for interiors with a ceiling height less than 15 feet, increasing to $290/kWh for interiors with a ceiling height greater than 15 feet. The reduction in kWh can also include trimmed wattage.
Tier 2
To achieve these incentives, your system must be Design Lights Consortium (DLC) listed. Amatis Controls is DLC listed as a networked lighting controls provider.
Tier 2 incentives are $270/kWh for interiors with a ceiling height less than 15 feet, increasing to $420/kWh for interiors with a ceiling height greater than 15 feet. The reduction in kWh can also include trimmed wattage. In addition,
