My switch was physically wired upside down! Do I need to re-wire it?

You can resolve the issue by flipping the triggers and actions to match the upside-down switch:
1. Log into your Amatis app
2. In the left-hand navigation menu, select "Scenes"
3. Select the switch from the list of devices that is upside down “On (LinkID)"
In the pop-up screen you will see “Triggers” and “Actions” > select edit
Under Actions > edit both Var_1’s from 100001 to 000001 > select save
This will change the level to “Set level 0%, 1s fade & enable DLH” Return to the left-hand navigation menu and select the switch “Off (LinkID)”
4. Return to the left-hand navigation menu and select the switch “Off (LinkID)”
In the pop-up screen you will see “Triggers” and “Actions” > select edit
Under Actions > edit both Var_1’s from 0 to 100001 > select save
This will change the level to “Set level 100%, 1s fade & ignore DLH”
5. Return to the left-hand bar and select “Raise Lights (LinkID)”
In the pop-up screen > select edit
Under Actions > edit both Var_1’s from 100002 to 02 > select save
This will change the level to “Set level 0%, 2s fade & ignore DLH”
6. Return to the left-hand navigation menu and select “Lower Lights (LinkID)”
In the pop-up screen > select edit
Under Actions > edit both Var_1’s from 9002 to 100002 > select save
This will change the level to “Set level 100%, 2s fade & ignore DLH”
7. Return to step 5
Change both Var_1’s from 02 to 9002 > select "Save"
8. In the left-hand navigation menu, select "Sync"
