Troubleshooting connectivity between AMBR and the Cloud


The cloud could not connect to local AMBR. 



1. Restart your modem and Amatis Border Router.

a. Unplug your AMBR and modem off

b. Turn modem on

c. After modem reboots and shows Internet activity

d. Turn AMBR back on


If your issue is resolved, stop here. If not, continue with the following step:
