I am unable to sync a device in the Amatis app.
1. Log into the Amatis app
2. Select "Terminal" from the left navigation bar
3. Confirm that all the devices are "Green"
4. Once you have done this and the window shows success, try syncing again.
If this does not work, confirm that the device is communicating on the network. See device not communicating.
