My AMBR is not accessible based on errors in the cloud and the LED is ONLY solid red or solid red and flashing green for 5 or more minutes.
You can try a hard reset on the AMBR:
1. Ensure that you tried all of the troubleshooting steps within the AMBR manual before attempting a hard reset.
2. Unplug the AMBR
3. Locate Button A, on the back of the device, and remove the sticker (if present) to the left of Button B
4. While the AMBR is unplugged hold button A down for 10 second
5. Plug the AMBR back in and use normally
