Network connection


My Amatis devices have never worked. 


This is most likely a network connection problem. Follow these steps to confirm that your network is up and running. 

  1.   Check ethernet cables, verify with a laptop
    1. Reset your AMBR
  2. Wait 15 mins to verify and if the connection is still unresolved, try again
  3. Power cycle AMBR
  4. Check your firewalls
  5. Verify LEDs
