This is most likely a network connection problem. Follow these steps to confirm that your network is up and running.
- Check ethernet cables, verify with a laptop
- Wait 15 mins to verify and if the connection is still unresolved, try again
- Power cycle AMBR
- Check your firewalls
- Verify LEDs
