How to Add a New User

Your company welcomed a new team member, and now they need access to both the Amatis App and Dashboard. As the company user, follow these quick steps to get them all settled in:

 

1. Log into your account

2. Ensure that your left-hand bar is set to “Users” >  Select the green “Add New User” button

3. Enter their email, site ID, and role

4. The New User will receive an email to create a password and confirm their account

5. The New User should click the link and create a password

6. The New User should fill out the following fields > Select "Save"

Congratulations, your new user is added and they can now access both the dashboard and the app.
