My Amatis devices do not work about half the time.
Troubleshooting
You are experiencing a network problem. Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

Check AMBR's placement: Make sure that it is not in a metal box and is in a central location away from other objects.

Enjoy some coffee, give your network some time!

Physically install any other Amatis device to increase the density of your mesh network.
If you run through these steps twice and you are still stuck, submit a ticket below.
Last Resort:
If you are a company or admin user:

Try changing pan profiles to select channel 15 or 22 that are between wifi.

If your network is larger than 80 devices, consider splitting into 2 separate networks.
