Restore device connectivity

Issue

I received one of the following connectivity reports in my Amatis Dashboard, claiming that my devices are not connected to the cloud.

Troubleshooting

1. Confirm your devices have power and are not on switched power. 

2. Reset your devices.

  • To reset a Smart Driver or an Advanced Load Controller, click the blue LED button 10x times. A solid blue light indicates the Smart Driver or Advanced Load Controller is communicating with a nearby Amatis Border Router (AMBR), and a flashing blue light indicates power coming to the device, but not communicating with the AMBR. Contact your Amatis representative for resetting sensor devices. 

3. Confirm your devices have the latest software version.
