My devices are not communicating with the AMBR, and I already tried pinging them, but they are still not communicating.
Complete a soft reboot that would restart all mesh-related software in the device.
1. Log into the AMBR app
2. Select the hamburger menu
3. Select "Maintenance" > Select "Restart Routing Apps"
- Restarting Routing apps is a soft reboot that clears the local cache of device information and data, as well as wipes the 6lowireless routes (the wireless mesh).
4. Wait a moment while the page loads, if it doesn't then refresh.
