What does "No Keys for this device" mean?

If you come across a "No Key for this device" error message in the Amatis App, that means there is a new version for that device and we haven't finalized the keys for it. 


If you see this error appear twice, please send a general inquiry or submit a ticket and we will provide you with a timeline on when the keys will be made.
