What does it mean when the sync feature appears, but there are no devices in the tray?

Answer:

If you have devices that need to be sync'd the sync feature will appear in the left navigation bar. However, if those devices are not talking - won't ping  - the sync feature will appear empty. 

Attempt to troubleshoot by soft rebooting your AMBR, or submit a ticket below.
