To verify if your devices are communicating, attempt to ping them, by completing one of the options below:
Please note: You can only do this if you are a company user or above.
Option 1: Select the "Terminal" tab > type "ping - all"
- Device 52c4 is not communicating, here's why.
Option 2: Select the "Config" tab > Look at the color of the hearts (if it is red, it cannot ping)
Option 3: Log into your site > Select the "AMBR" tab > Log into AMBR > Select "Devices" > Select the Ping icon
