XWD-KIT-RS - DATA SHEET#
Product Overview#
The X-PoE device serves as a trigger for the X-PoE lighting controller enabling users or other systems with a cost-effective way to trigger different scenes. The XWD-KIT-RS takes the RJ45 connection from an X-PoE port and converts it to one or two separate input channels, each with a pair of conductors that can be used for a dry contact connector, or as it is shipped, connected to a toggle switch for simple on/off control. The XWD-KIT-RS system comes with a surface mount box and Decora-style switch but can be configured to fit into any design plan.
Note
XWD-KIT-RS is cost optimized, occassionally it may take as long as one second to activate the scene being called by the switch. For timing critical applications please use XPD-T2IP-G.
